Rinha has led the hidden sand village for the past twenty seven years, her mastery of the Gold Sand technique a necessity for keeping Shukaku in check. Her bloodline allows her quite the mastery over the Water nature, and her own skill has gained her access to its combinations with Earth and Wind; she has even gained notable skill with the advanced form of the Ice nature, Crystal. She is well adept at Earth transformation, and its advanced form Steel transformation. Her personal master over Wind transformation and its combinations with Earth, Sand Magnet, and Seismic transformations, have earned her a reputation nearing godhood among her villagers. Rinha is also known to use the Telescope Technique, also called the crystal ball jutsu, to keep an eye on the village. While otherwise very caring and understanding, Rinha dislikes being questioned on her judgement, often responding bluntly with 'Because I said so,' or 'Because that's what Rin says,' referring to herself in the third person in the latter instance.

Description:
Karisu was born in Suna, and upon graduating from the academy he was chosen as the best candidate to receive Shukaku. His subsequent life has led him to leave the sand village as a rogue ninja, though his announcement to leave was rejected by the Kazekage, Rinha. While he technically should be considered rogue, the power Rinha exerts over the desert in its entirety prevents him from leaving the country and the very sands act to the Kazekage's will to prevent him from harming anyone. He is well known for his aggressive and often violent behavior, though mostly to comedic effect as the sands themselves prevent him from doing any real damage, as such he has resorted to being an all around nuisance, largely through disturbing the peace, petty theft, indecent exposure, foul language, vulgar behavior, and assault with produce. It is known that he is able to use Earth, Wind and Sand transformations, though his ability with such is unknown as all of his attacks have been halted by the Kazekage. He has lightly tanned, fair skin; dark auburn hair; pronounced dark circles around his golden, amber eyes; a slender and toned physique; and a slightly taller than average build.
